Core / Dense mineral-polymer panels For the trade
Decorative mineral-filled polymer panels for interior wall programmes. Specify the actual construction and weight rather than treating every SPC-labelled panel as the same board.

Conventional SPC wall panels use a mineral-filled polymer construction. They are distinct from hollow PVC boards and from a reinforced hybrid panel with a lighter foamed centre.
Panel dimensions, thickness and density determine handling mass. They also affect adhesive selection, packing, edge protection and the installation method. Review full-size panels as well as decorative samples.
We develop the visual and technical brief together: surface film, print route, gloss, connection, corners and intended application. The choice of material should fit the distribution programme and the installer’s workflow.

Agree support, storage, cutting and adhesive requirements around the selected format and mass.
A useful quotation starts with the construction and the intended market. These are the decisions we work through with your product team.
Prepare your specification ↗| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Material | Actual core structure, thickness, density and mass. |
| Format | Panel dimensions, coverage, edge treatment and tolerances. |
| Decorative face | Film type, print, surface texture and gloss. |
| Assembly | Joint type, adhesive, trims and wet-area details where relevant. |
Questions from product teams
That cannot be established from density alone. Compare the relevant mechanical tests, panel structure, dimensions and intended installation.
A coordinated surface programme can be developed, but appearance, adhesion, profiling and installation need approval on each actual construction.
