Unilin Technologies develops and licenses connection technologies for flooring. Uniclic is a one-piece angle-tap route, while Unidrop uses a one-piece fold-down short-side profile. The selected rigid-core board needs the exact technology and profile in its specification.
Unizip is a herringbone connection designed around one plank type, avoiding the usual division into A and B boards. That changes stock handling and the installation sequence, but it does not remove the need for a product-specific layout and installation guide.
We review board construction, profile version and factory capability together. Before production, the approved sample must demonstrate the intended engagement and surface alignment in the actual supplied material.
