Skins and core working together
Specify the outer layers, foamed centre, thickness and flatness as one board. The ABA architecture gives the buying team a clearer construction reference than a broad material label.
Reinforced skins / Lightweight core
Build a large-format wall collection around an ABA construction: two rigid outer skins and a lighter foamed centre, finished with the decor, connection and profiles your market needs.

ABA names the architecture of the board. Two outer A layers support a lighter B core, combining rigid faces with a foamed mineral-polymer centre. The result is a reinforced wall-panel platform for large decorative surfaces.
The same market often uses names such as hybrid wall panel, Light SPC or interior WPC panel. The ABA name makes the layered construction explicit. Solid, hollow and ABA describe panel architectures that can share PVC-and-mineral chemistry. Conventional wood-polymer composites are identified separately by their actual wood content.
Develop the decorative face, joint and accessories as one collection. A connected film-manufacturer network across Vietnam, Thailand and China supports decor continuity when the production origin changes. Approve colour, texture, gloss and the assembled joint against the same collection reference.
The 6 mm technical programme uses a nominal 950 × 2400 mm format and a stated density of 0.85 ± 0.10 g/cm³. The dedicated technical page records the dimensions and test results for that construction.

Bring film, texture, gloss, connection, corners and trims into the same approval. Keep those references with the collection as sourcing moves between countries.
A comparable quotation needs a defined product, application and destination market. Agree these decisions before approving the range.
Prepare your specification| Decision | What to define |
|---|---|
| Reference build | ABA foamed SPC, nominal 950 × 2400 × 6 mm. |
| Reference density | 0.85 ± 0.10 g/cm³, as stated in the July 2026 technical sheet. |
| Connections | Programme-specific tongue-and-groove or alternative agreed profile. |
| Finishing system | Inside corner, outside corner and end trims; adhesive and sealing details. |
| Validation | Use the construction-specific technical sheet and installation instructions. |
Before you order
A–B–A describes two outer layers around a different centre layer. In this wall-panel programme, rigid outer skins support a lighter foamed SPC centre. It describes the board architecture rather than a certification.
Interior WPC is used inconsistently in the wall-panel market. Some listings describe layered mineral-polymer boards, while conventional wood-polymer composites contain wood fibre. Identify the actual ABA build-up, material formulation and connection when comparing offers.
The film-manufacturer network extends across Vietnam, Thailand and China. Keep the approved film identity, print repeat, texture, gloss and colour standard together so the decor programme can follow a change in production origin.
